We know that every Malcolm Allan home is built to a high standard specification; however we are also aware that every purchaser has individual requirements and like to inject a little of their own personality into their new home.

Should you wish to add to the specification of your new home we can offer an extensive selection of extra works. Our Site Manager will discuss with you any specific requests you have in mind. Whatever finishing touches you require our aim is not just build a house but to create your own unique home.

Each item requested will be itemised in a quotation, so you know exactly what you are spending. Be assured that the total cost does not require to be settled until the date of entry.
